Knights of Columbus Essay Contest Winners

Knight of Columbus Freehold Council #1672 announced the students who won the 2011 essay contest on “The Responsibility of the Catholic Citizen in a Free Society.” Emily Czenszak came in first place and received a $200 savings bond; Andrew Zimms came in second and received a $100 savings bond; and Callen Elslager came in third and received $50 savings bond.

The Center Players continue their run of The Heiress this weekend. Shows are scheduled for Friday, May 20 and Saturday, May 21 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, May 22 at 2 p.m.

The Heiress is a Victorian period piece based on the Henry James novel Washington Square.

Tickets are $24 for general admission, $22 for seniors or students, and $20 per person for groups.
