LAST CHANCE: Free Rabies Shot, Microchip with Cat Licensing

Operation Kitty CHIP will take place at Michael J. Tighe Park on Saturday, March 31.

The Freehold Township Health Department is offering a free rabies shot and pet microchip with the purchase of a cat license as part of its event.

Bring your cat to on Saturday, March 31 between 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. to license your cat. The annual cost of cat license in Freehold Township is $11 for spayed and neutered pets and $30 for non-spayed and non-neutered animals. A three-year license is available for $33 for spayed and neutered cats and $90 for non-spayed and non-neutered cats.
