New York Polyphony Opens Downtown Concert Series

The Downtown Concert Series holds its first concert of the 2011-2012 season on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at . The New York Polyphony, a male classic vocal quartet, will perform everything from austere medieval melodies to cutting edge contemporary works. Tickets cost $20 for adults and $10 for children.
The will host a psychic fair on Friday from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Psychics with specialties ranging from tarot to crystals to psychometry will be on hand to perform readings. Refreshments will be served. Admission is $10 and each reading is $10.

Colonials girls tennis hosts Brick Memorial at 3:30 p.m. Field hockey plays Neptune at home at 3:45 p.m. while girls volleyball takes on St. John Vianney away at that time. Football faces Ocean Township away at 7 p.m.
On Saturday, Patriots boys soccer faces Red Bank Catholic at 10 a.m.
