Photo Find: Where Is This Building? (Update)

Tell us where this picture was taken.

Update, Friday, Oct. 28: Norm Oppenheim wrote Freehold Patch with the following details about the building.

My father owned the stationery store (Charney’s) and ran it for 50 years until he retired in 1990.  He was overseas for 2 years during WWII, so my mother ran the store at that time—I was born in 1947, soon after my father got back.

He sold the building to the Dunkin Donuts operator when he retired.

A building in Freehold had some cosmetic work done Wednesday. Tell us where in town this picture was taken and what businesses are housed in this building. (You're going to have to do better than "Main Street" and "87" is not the address number.) Bonus points if you can tell us some history of the structure.
