Where Are the Girl Scout Cookies?

We picked a bad time to go low carb. Not only is Cadbury Egg season upon us, but now it's Girl Scout cookie time and those girls in the little sashes are everywhere. EVERYWHERE. They're selling cookies at the local , at the , at , for goodness sake. What are these kids trying to do to us?

And it's not like they are sticking with the usual big guns of Thin Mints and Samoas, nooo. They've added a new confectionery to their sweet arsenal, the Savannah Smile, "a cool, crisp lemon wedge" in commemoration of 100 years of Girl Scouts.

So if you see us at the while wearing our pants with elastic waist, it's not because we are there to get our work-out on. It's because of those girls scous and their 91,000 cases of cookies hitting the "market" this week at 1,200 pop up booths all over Monmouth and Ocean counties.
