6th Annual Community Health Fair

CentraState Fitness & Wellness Center invites everyone to its 6th Annual Community Health Fair, a free day of fitness, food and fun!

We will have a Group Fitness showcase that will include Pilates Barre, family Zumba®, Small Group Training, and more. Health screenings will include Blood Pressure, Glucose, and Functional Movement Screenings. For a nominal fee, flu shots and cholesterol screening with lipid profiles are available.

The little ones can enjoy special Fit Kids classes, face painting, and a two-hour magic show. The event also will include healthy cooking demos, chair massages, mini facials, and much more!

SCREENINGS
9am - 1pm:
   • Body Composition 
   • Blood Pressure
   • Functional Movement Screening
   • Balance, Posture & Grip Screenings by Ocean First Rehabilitation Center
   • Pulmonary Function Screenings
9am - 12pm: Provided by the CentraState Health Awareness Center
   • Glucose
   • Finger Stick Cholesterol with Lipid Profile $20 per person   
   • Flu Shots $20 per person 

FAMILY FUN
