Carnevale (Italian Mardi Gras Festival)

CARNEVALE is the Italian Mardi Gras Festival which is celebrated for days leading up to
“Fat Tuesday”. The Italians feast on traditional foods, masquerade, dance and parade
before the beginning of Lent on Ash Wednesday, when they begin to fast. The price for the
family celebration is $35 for adults and $20 for children ages 3-10 and will include: Buffet luncheon consisting of traditional CARNEVALE
foods, wine (a cash bar is also available), singing and traditional Italian music and dancing,
(audience participation is welcome).

In keeping with the tradition, we encourage you to wear costumes. Masks will be
distributed to adults while the children will make their own. There will also be an auction table and a 50-50 drawing.

Please RSVP by February 15, 2014
