Do you have diabetes? The disease affects 25.8 million people – and 7 million are unaware they have diabetes. Learn your risk by joining the Center for Healthy Living at Monmouth Medical Center, Southern Campus for free glucose screenings by a registered nurse who is a Certified Diabetes Educator. Fasting is not required, but please do not eat at least two hours before your test. Screenings are offered at the Center for Healthy Living, located at 198 Prospect Street in Lakewood.
