Santa Claus Arrives in Freehold and Brings the Gift of Theater to Audiences with Miracle On 34th Street!

Audiences have been in absolute delighted with the arrival of Santa Claus this past week as he delivered one of everyone’s favorite presents, the return of Center Players holiday radio play production. This year Freehold’s award-winning resident dessert theater company is on everyones “Nice List” as they produce their rendition of the classic holiday film Miracle On 34th Street: A Live Radio Play; which concludes its run this weekend with 4 more performances.

The WBFR “Playhouse of the Air” takes the stage again this holiday season with the heart-warming tale Miracle on 34th Street. A little girl discovers dreams do come true if you really believe. Six-year-old Susan has doubts about childhood's most enduring miracle - Santa Claus. Her mother told her the "secret" about Santa a long time ago, so Susan doesn't expect to receive the most important gifts on her Christmas list. But after meeting a special department store Santa who's convinced he's the real thing, Susan is given the most precious gift of all - something to believe in.
