FTEF Hosts its Second Annual Monte Carlo Casino Night of Games to Raise Donations

The Freehold Township Education Foundation (FTEF) announces its second annual Monte Carlo Night fundraiser event at the Battleground Country Club to raise funds for desperately needed technology-based teaching tools for Freehold Township elementary and middle schools. The event is part of the FTEF fundraising program called “Connect Us!” and is the second casino event held to raise funds for this initiative.

“The funds raised by the Connect Us! Campaign will ensure that every classroom in the district is equipped with state-of-the-art technology that will provide interactive learning opportunities for all of our elementary and middle school children, said Gail Reilly, MD, FTEF chairperson. “This technology stands to propel our district into 21st century learning and the FTEF is committed to raising $250,000 to make every classroom in the Freehold district interactive!”

Monte Carlo Night will be held on Friday, November 15, 2013 from 6 pm - 11 pm at the Battleground Country Club in Manalapan, NJ. Proceeds raised from the evening’s activities will be directed to the FTEF Connect Us! Campaign Fund. “These proceeds will have a direct and positive impact in the classrooms,” said Lynne Stokes, Monte Carlo Night Chairperson. “The efforts of numerous volunteers will pave the way for another FTEF fundraising event for all in attendance to enjoy.
