Navigating a Hospital Stay

Wednesday, November 6 at 2 p.m.

Hospital stays don’t have to cause anxiety. Learn how to make your hospital stay stress-free when health coaches from the Center for Healthy Aging at Kimball Medical Center, a Barnabas Health facility, present “Navigating a Hospital Stay” on Wednesday, November 6 at 2 p.m. at the  Jackson Branch of the Ocean County Library, located at 2 Jackson Drive. Join the experts as they discuss the ins and outs of a planned hospital stay, including what should be discussed with your physician prior to your procedure, what documentation to have prepared beforehand, understanding your health insurance coverage to  help avoid any unexpected charges, and staying healthy and germ-free while you are admitted and beyond. Refreshments will be served. Registration is encouraged by calling 732-928-4400.
