PARK SYSTEM TO RELEASE FALL PROGRAM DIRECTORY

Ready to have fun and learn something new as the temperatures turn cooler? The fall issue of the Monmouth County Park System’s Program Directory is filled to the brim with exciting arts & crafts, nature, recreation and sports programs planned for September, October and November. Learn how to use metalsmithing techniques to create beautiful jewelry during Introduction to Metalsmithing for Jewelry Design. Discover the latest smartphone technology that will take you on new adventures through the parks with Outdoor Exploration with Technology. Or spend quality time with your tween/teen while learning the basic techniques to make delicious pasta during Homemade Pasta. These and more than 450 other amazing programs are available this fall.

 

Copies of the fall issue of the Program Directory will be available at most county parks and online (www.monmouthcountyparks.com) beginning on Friday, August 2. Registration will begin at 8am on Wednesday, August 7. Registration is available online 24/7; by phone by calling 732-842-4000, ext. 1, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm; by mail using the Registration Form found at the back of the Program Directory; or in person by visiting Park System Headquarters at Thompson Park, 805 Newman Springs Road, Lincroft, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
