Swap Your Plants at the Great Fall Perennial Plant Swap

Are you done with your daisies? Feeling lazy about your lilies? Trade them in for something new! Join us for the Monmouth County Park System’s Great Fall Perennial Plant Swap at Deep Cut Gardens, Red Hill Road, Middletown.

From 10am-2pm on Saturday, September 28, gardeners can bring their surplus perennials and houseplants (sorry, no annuals) in one-quart, one-gallon, or two-gallon containers and take home the same size and number of plants. All plants must be labeled and invasive plants will not be accepted (go to www.njisst.org for a list of invasive species). For additional information on the event, please call 732-671-6050.

For information on other Park System events and programs, please visit www.monmouthcountyparks.com or call 732-842-4000, ext. 4312. For persons with hearing impairment, the TTY/TDD number is 711. The Monmouth County Park System, created in 1960 by the Monmouth County Board of Chosen Freeholders, is Monmouth County’s Open Space, Parks, and Recreation agency.
