Active Member of Care Center Dies at 43

Jeffrey Clark, 43, of Freehold Township passed away on Friday at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. 

Jeffrey was born in Brooklyn and had lived in Old Bridge, Lincroft, and Colts Neck before moving to Freehold Township. He was a very active member of the community at John L. Montgomery Care Center where he lived.  Jeffrey was very loving son, brother and uncle.

Jeffrey is survived by his parents, Mark and Marsha Clark of Farmingdale; a brother, Mike Clark and his wife, Cindia of Brooklyn; two nieces, Haley and Delaney; three uncles, Gerry Clark of Staten Island, Paul Clark of Middletown, and Anthony Clark of Center Moriches, NY; two aunts, JoanTarasiewicz of Milford, CT and Barbara Purcell of McKinney, TX; and numerous cousins.

A visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Tuesday, Aug. 6 from 10 a.m. to noon with his funeral service to follow at noon. Entombment will follow in Holmdel Cemetery & Mausoleum, Holmdel.
