Freehold Resident George Jacob Sr. Dies at 76
Previously worked as an accountant in Trenton.
George N. Jacob, Sr., 76, of Freehold Township died Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y.
Mr. Jacob was an accountant for the Champale Company, Trenton before his retirement.
He was predeceased by a son, Gordon Jacob.

Surviving are his children, George Jacob, Jr., Lorraine Mahieu, Jeffrey Jacob, and Jeannine Miller; and his grandchildren, Christopher Mahieu and Jessica and Steven Jacob.
The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold on Friday at 11:00 a.m. followed by interment at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery.
