Obituary: Alice A. D'Amico, 83

D'Amico was a homemaker and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion.

Alice A. D’Amico, 83, of Freehold Township, New Jersey passed away at the Manor, Freehold Township on Sunday, December 23, 2012.  Alice was born, raised, and had lived in Brooklyn before moving to the New Dorp section of Staten Island, where she raised her family and lived for over thirty years.  She settled with her husband, Frank, to Freehold Township, New Jersey in 2005.  Alice was a homemaker and also a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion, Post 930, Manhattan. 

Alice was predeceased by her husband, Frank D’Amico in 2007 and a brother, Edward Skrocki.  She is survived by her sons, Daniel D’Amico and his wife, AnnMarie of Freehold Township and David D’Amico and his wife, Margaret of Freehold Township; five grandchildren, Amanda, Maria, David Jr., Charlie, and Deanna.

Visiting at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Thursday, December 27, 2012 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.  Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the funeral home on Friday, December 28, 2012 at 10:30 AM for the Procession to St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church, 61 Georgia Road, Freehold Township for her 11:30 a.m. Funeral Mass.  Interment will be private.  For information, directions or condolence messages to the family, visit claytonfuneralhome.com.
