Veteran, Raintree Development Association President Jerome Ciaravino Dies at 81

Ciaravino was a truck driver for St. Johnsbury Trucking in Queens for many years before retiring.

Jerome Ciaravino, 81, of Freehold Township died Friday. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he has resided in Freehold for the past 15 years. He was a former communicant of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Church, Brooklyn, NY. Jerry was a Korean War Army veteran and a truck driver for St. Johnsbury Trucking in Queens for many years before retiring. He served as president of the Raintree Development Association.

He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Barbara; his two children and their spouses, Todd and Regina Ciaravino and Dina and Richard Nelson; two brothers, Vincent and his daughter, Marisa, and Benjamin and his wife, Liz; and two grandchildren, Daniel and Jake. 

Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home handled the funeral arrangements.
