OPINION: Inappropriate Postal Behavior

My postal carrier has lost two 30 day mail holds and the post office is doing nothing to investigate the missing mail.  Both times the hold required that I pick up the accumulated mail at the Post Office with a notation asking that they ask for a Driver's License and both times I went early to discover they had lost EVERYTHING.  60 days of mail missing!

From Magazines, to paychecks and even important legal documents.

Adding insult to injury, I told the delivery supervisors that I have video of my delivery man throwing my package at my front door in a downpour on 12/23/2013 and WHILE I WAS HOME and I had no idea the box was outside being ruined by water for hours while I was sitting here in my office at the back of the condo.  The supervisor told me "He has already be warned about this" and wouldn't take my new complaint or view my video.

Regarding the 60 days of missing mail, the supervisors keep asking me if someone has a key to my box. The answer is No.  I have lived here for 3 years and never shared my key. What would that matter when I was supposed to pick up the mail AND came to the post office early to collect both times?!

Adding to the mystery is that other neighbors are complaining about missing mail including one that came in when I was at the post office myself!

I will note that some neighbors are mentioning that all of a sudden they are getting the mail that normally would go missing (coupons they orders, paychecks.)
