(EDISON, N.J., July 3, 2014) – News 12 New Jersey’s "On The Road" series of live broadcasts will visit Upper Freehold, N.J. for “Freedom Fest” on Friday, July 11, 2014. The live segment with anchor Carissa Lawson and meteorologist Michele Powers will highlight New Jersey’s premier agricultural fair containing rides, live music, games and many more. The "On The Road" series will visit a total of 14 New Jersey cities and towns each Friday at 5:00 p.m. during the summer and showcase different News 12 New Jersey personalities.

The live broadcast will take place on July 11, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. at the Horse Park of New Jersey in Upper Freehold Township.
Each week, the segments can be seen live on channel 12 on Optimum TV, Service Electric, and Time Warner Cable systems in New Jersey, and on channel 62 (HD1218) on Comcast of New Jersey. They will also be available on-demand on News 12 Interactive, channel 612 on Optimum TV.
