3 Men Accused of Borough Break-In

Martin Kirsch, Richard Povilaitis and Jon Wilson have been charged with burglary and criminal trespass.

Three men face charges of burglarizing an Enright Avenue residence, according to .

Martin Kirsch, 24, of Enright Avenue in Freehold Borough; Richard Povilaitis, 20, of Staten Island; and Jon Wilson, 20, of Chatham Ridge Road in Freehold Township, were arrested on Wednesday, Oct. 26 at 12:54 p.m., Lt. Mark Wodell said.

The trio allegedly broke a pane of a sliding glass door and stayed inside the home. A neighbor called the police department to report the break-in, Wodell said. Patrolman Peter Romanski responded to the scene and took Kirsch, Povilaitis and Wilson into custody.

The men were charged with burglary and criminal trespass. They were remanded to Monmouth County Correctional Institution on $55,000 bail.
