Additional Charges Filed Against 4 Previously Arrested on Credit Card Fraud
North Jersey residents face additional charges stemming from a Feb. 18 arrest.
Four people arrested last week now face additional charges of receiving stolen property from two Freehold Raceway Mall stores.
Ruali Alvarez-Diaz, 45, of Garfield, Rauli Alvarez-Yanes, 20, of Elizabeth, Felix Llaneras, 49, of Union City, and Lisary Garcia, 22, of Elizabeth, each face two charges of receiving stolen property from Lord & Taylor and Sur La Table.
According to each person’s complaint warrant, they all allegedly received $1,114.94 worth of leather handbags from Lord & Taylor and $317.80 worth of housewares from Sur La Table.

Previously, Diaz faced charges of credit card theft and possession of a fraudulent driver’s license. Yanes was charged with possession of stolen property from Macy’s valued at $517.50. Garcia and Llaneras were charged with credit card fraud and receiving stolen property.
All four have been remanded to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution (MCCI), including the pervious charges, Diaz’s bail has been at $37,500, Yanes’ bail has been set $30,000, Garcia’s bail has been set at $20,000 and Llaneras’ bail has been set at $30,000.
