According to the indictment, Lopez is facing 5 drug counts from a sale to undercover cops on Aug. 31, Sept. 1 and Sept. 14. The counts for each include: Possession of a controlled dangerous substance; possession with intent to distribute; possession with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of school property; distribution; distribution within 1,000 feet of school property.
In addition to those 15 counts for third degree crimes, he also is indicted on two second degree crimes: possession of one-half ounce or more cocaine and distribution of one-half ounce or more cocaine to an undercover cop.
