Borough Man Allegedly Used Force to Enter Homes

Daniel Thorpe, of Freehold Borough, was arrested over the weekend for two different burglaries.

A Freehold Borough man was arrested after allegedly burglarizing two different homes this past weekend.

According to the complaint warrants, on Monday, Jan. 9 and Tuesday, Jan. 10 Daniel Thorpe, 51, of Haley Street, knowingly and willingly committed two burglaries at local residences.

The warrant continues to say that on both occasions, Thorpe gained entrance to the homes by kicking in the front door.

Thorpe was arrested on Saturday, Jan. 14 by . 

Thrope has been remanded to the on $100,000 bail for both burglaries.
