FBPD Arrest Local Woman on Credit Card Charges

A Freehold woman is accused of charging $10,000 on a victim's credit card.

A Freehold woman faces one criminal charge after she allegedly charged thousands of dollars onto a credit card that was not her own.

Freehold Borough Police arrested Shannon Stevens, 32, of First Street, on Thursday, Oct. 4. According to her complaint warrant, Stevens obtained a credit card and charged $10,000 to it without permission from the owner.

Stevens has been remanded to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution on $20,000 bail.
