Freehold Borough Man Charged with Resisting Arrest

Brad Moore of Freehold Borough was arrested and charged after allegedly resisting arrest by force and by fleeing from an Officer.

A Freehold Borough man was arrested and charged on two counts of resisting arrest on Tuesday, Jan. 10. According to the complaint warrant, Brad Moore, 36, of Third Street, was arrested by .

Although the complaint warrant does not state what the original reason for arresting Moore was, it does state that once Perski told Moore he was under arrest he allegedly began running from the scene and continued to flee even when Perski told him to stop.

Once caught, Moore continued to resist arrest forcefully, by failing to give the officer his hands, according to the complaint warrant.
