Freehold Borough Man Charged With Intent to Distribute Cocaine

A Freehold Borough man faces drug charges after he was allegedly found with 19 plastic bags of cocaine, according to a warrant filed in Freehold Borough Municipal Court.

David D. Suarez, 60, of Vought Avenue, was arrested in the borough on Thursday, Oct. 20 by New Jersey State Trooper James Glass. Suarez was allegedly found with a white powdery substance believed to be cocaine and drug paraphernalia, specifically a package of rolling papers and clear plastic bags, according to the warrant.

He was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Suarez was remanded to Monmouth County Correctional Institution and his bail was set at $150,000.
