Freehold Borough Resident Indicted on Sexual Assault Charges
Felipe Flores, 30, is accused of assaulting 10-year-old girl.
Freehold Borough resident Felipe Flores, 30, of Manalapan Avenue, was indicted Friday, Sept. 9 on charges he sexually assaulted a 10-year-old girl.
Flores is accused of sexually assaulting the child on various dates between January 2003 and December 2004 when she was between three and four years old and again in November 2010, according to the indictment.
Flores was indicted on two counts of second-degree sexual assault and two counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child.

Freehold Borough police arrested Flores in May after receiving a statement by the girl, according to police records.
