Freehold Man Allegedly Sold Heroin to Undercover Detective

Jason Davison was arrested on distribution and possession charges.

A Freehold Borough man is accused of selling heroin to an undercover Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office detective on four occasions.

Jason Davison, 39, of Broad Street was arrested Thursday.

According to court documents, Davison sold heroin within 500 feet of the Freehold Housing Authority building on Throckmorton Street on November 6, 2013; November 13, 2013; November 26, 2013; and December 5, 2013.

Davison was charged with four counts each of heroin distribution, possession with intent to distribute, possession, distribution within 500 feet of public housing and possession with intent to distribute within 500 feet of public housing.

His bail was set at $230,000 with no option to post 10 percent of the bond.
