Freehold Man Arrested for Allegedly Receiving Stolen Cars

According to Police, Justin Diorio, of Freehold Township, was arrested on Jan. 25 for operating and receiving three different stolen Freehold cars.

Justin S. Dioro, 19, of Freehold Township was arrested Wednesday, Jan. 25 for allegedly operating and receiving three different cars that were reported missing by .

According to the complaint warrants, a 2002, black, four-door, Volkswagon Jetta, and a black, two-door, Pontiac Sunfire were received by Diorio after they were both reported stolen to the Freehold Township Police. For receiving the cars, Diorio was charged with one count of receiving a stolen motor vehicle for each car.

Dioro was also charged for allegedly operating and receiving a stolen black, four-door, Ford Escape. Police say that while operating the stolen vehicle, Dioro fled and eluded a uniformed police officer in a marked police car. After fleeing in the car, Dioro allegedly continued to flee on foot to get away from the police.

Freehold Township was the arresting officer.

The complaint warrant also states that there was probably cause to issue a warrant because Dioro has no fixed address.

Dioro has been remanded to the on $80,000 bail for all four charges. His first court appearance is scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 31.
