arrested a man for allegedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl.
According to the complaint warrant, Oscar Lopez, 25, of Freehold, is facing three charges.
Lopez was charged with second-degree sexual assault for allegedly penetrating the victim. He is also charged with an act of criminal contact against a 14-year-old victim and endangering the welfare of a child.
Lopez’s bail is set at $450,000.
