Freehold Man Charged with Selling Drugs Near Schools
The arrest came after an ongoing investigation through observations and statements.
arrested Jamar Ousley, 28, on April 6 on charges that he was allegedly was selling marijuana within 1,000 feet of a borough school.
According to the complaint warrant, Ousley had a large blue storage bin containing several vacuum packed clear bags containing a greenish vegetative matter believed to be marijuana, a large amount of packaging material, empty bags and a digital scale.
He is charged with multiple counts of possession and distribution of marijuana within one-thousand feet of a school. He is also charged with possession of over 50 grams of marijuana and intent to distribute, possession of paraphernalia and intent to distribute over 5 pounds, but less than 25 pounds, of marijuana.

His bail is set at $142,500.
