Freehold Man Indicted on Armed Robbery Charge
Lateef Shuler allegedly used a BB gun to threaten, injure and rob a resident in Freehold Borough.

According to the indictment, Lateef Shuler, 28, allegedly used a BB gun to threaten, injure and rob a resident in .
In addition to armed robbery, Shuler is indicted on possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon, and aggravated assault by pointing a firearm.

Punishment for a first degree crime can be 10 to 20 years in prison and a fine up to $200,000.
