Freehold Resident Faces Drug Charges in Neptune

Charges include possession of drug paraphernalia and heroin and crack cocaine.

A Freehold resident faces charges in nearby Neptune after he was found with drugs in his possession last week.

Raymond B. Richardson, 48, was charged on January 23 with use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia when he was found to have two glass controlled dangerous substance pipes in his possession.

Along with the pipes Raymond was also charged with have 40 decks of heroin in his possession, which makes it a first degree crime and second degree possession of crack cocaine.
