Freehold Township Man Dies After Route 79 Accident, Report Says
A 75-year-old resident's car was struck when he exited the ShopRite parking lot
A Freehold Township died Tuesday morning following a two-car accident on Route 79 near Route 33, according to an app.com report.
Romeo Potenciano, 75, was exiting onto Route 79 from the ShopRite parking lot when another car struck his vehicle, the report said. He was transported to CentraState Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead, Freehold Township police told app.com.
