Freehold Township Man Faces DWI Charge
Freehold Borough police said Patrick Dipippa refused a breathalyzer.
A Freehold Township man was charged with driving while intoxicated after refusing to submit to a breathalyzer.
Freehold Borough stopped Patrick Dipippa, 47, on Broad Street at 1:48 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 15 after he allegedly a motor vehicle violation, Lt. Mark Wodell said.
Patrolman Sam Hernandez detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage on Dipippa. He refused a breathalyzer test and was subsequently arrested on a charge of driving under the influence. He was also issued several motor vehicle summonses, according to Wodell.
