Freehold Township October DWI Arrests

The reported officers arrested six individuals in October on charges of driving while intoxicated. Freehold Township Police Department records indicate the following individuals were charged during motor vehicle stops:

• Officer Michael Simonetti arrested Pamela Jodoin, 42, of Freehold Township, after stopping her vehicle at Route 79 and Willow Brook Road on Sunday, Oct. 2 at 2:10 a.m. She was charged with driving while intoxicated.
• Jacquelin Fogarty, 46, of Howell, was stopped by Officer Christopher DeAngelo on Schanck Road on Wednesday, Oct. 5 at 1 a.m. She was charged with driving while intoxicated.
• Lawrence Nalitt, 64, of Jackson, was stopped on Siloam Road on Saturday, Oct. 8 at 4 a.m. Officer Michael Simonetti arrested Nalitt and charged him with driving while intoxicated.
• Sean Malcomson, 21, of Freehold Township, is accused of crashing into a utility pole on Route 537 while intoxicated and then attempting to flea the scene. Officer Michael Simonetti arrested Malcomson after the incident on Sunday, Oct. 9 at 1:40 a.m. Malcomson was charged with driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.
• Officer Michael Simonetti arrested Kim Cataldo, 37, of Howell, on Saturday, Oct. 15 at 4:25 a.m. on Route 9 South. Cataldo was charged with driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• On Monday, Oct. 24, Officer John Tacopino stopped Shawn Fairhurst, 44, of Little Egg Harbor, on Route 537 at 2 p.m. Fairhurst was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated.
