Freehold Township Resident Faces Burglary, Theft Charges

Charges stem from arrest earlier this week.

A Freehold Township resident is facing a variety of charges including burglary stemming from an arrest earlier this week.

Kevin Miller, 27, is alleged to have entered a secured portion of a building on 100 Almond Road with the intent of committing a theft according to court documents. On or about January 13 he is alleged to have taken jewelry from the location valued at more than $200.

Along with the burglary charges, Miller is also charged with having drug paraphernalia in his possession, including paper marked with logos used to identify different kinds of drugs. He was also found with a syringe in his possession at the time of his arrest, according to police.
