FTPD Arrest Pennsylvania Resident on Drug Related Charges

Woman faces multiple drug possession charges and is accused of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance.

arrested a Pennsylvania woman after she allegedly operated a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance and was allegedly found to be in possession of two different types of drugs.

Rachel Westervelt, 35, of Milford, Pennsylvania was arrested on Saturday, July 14. According to the complaint warrant, Westervelt was in possession of 15 oxycodone pills, and 14 Xanax pills. Westervelt was also allegedly found to be in possession of a Pennsylvania prescription blank for 180 pills of oxycodone.

In addition to two controlled dangerous substance possession charges and a forgery charge, Westervelt faces one charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance.

The complaint warrant further explains that at the time of the arrest, Westervelt had a multi-state criminal history and an outstanding warrant.

For all three charges, Westervelt has been remanded to the on $8,500 bail.
