Howell Police Searching for Missing Girl

16-year-old reported missing on July 31

The Howell Police Department announced on Wednesday that they are searching for a missing 16-year-old girl who has not been seen since July 31. 

Angelina Failla was reported missing from her home on Mariners Cove after an argument with her mother and step father. Despite not being old enough to drive, Angelina is believed to have left in a 2010 black Ford Fusion with a license plate NTY81Y. The car belongs to her step father and was running at the time of her departure according to police. At this time the police do not have any leads on where she might be heading to. 

She is described as being 5' 5", 140 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair with medium complexion.

Sgt. Eileen Dodd said the girl has left home in the past, but unlike earlier instances she did not bring her cell phone to contact her mother. She also reportedly had no money, changes of clothing or shoes at the time she left.
