June DWI Arrests in Freehold Township

Police reported five arrests on driving while intoxicated charges.

The Freehold Township Police Department reported the following driving while intoxicated arrests in June:

  • On Wednesday, June 1 at 2:45 a.m., a citizen called the Freehold Township Police Department with a report of an erratic driver near the Route 33 overpass on Route 9. Keith Lewis Cruz, 34, of Englishtown was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
  • On Saturday, June 4 at 11:45 p.m., Officer Walter Magiera arrested Richard Dagostino Jr., of New Ringgold, PA, on Route 537 near Mounts Corner. Dagostino was charged with driving while intoxicated.
  • On Saturday, June 11 at 3:50 a.m., Officer Michael Simonetti arrested 19-year-old Jacob Cannizzaro, of Howell, near Schanck Road on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
  • On Sunday, June 12 at 12:30 a.m., Officer Michael Simonetti stopped a vehicle operated by Anthony Freda, 21, of Barnegat, on Route 9 South near Jackson Mills Road. Freda was charged with driving while intoxicated. A passenger, Rosalynda Charlene Ancona, 27, of Freehold, was arrested on two outstanding warrants.
  • On Saturday, June 18 at 3:15 a.m., Officer Andrew Galaydick arrested Nicholas Aparicio, 20, of Freehold, on Route 524 near Georgia Road. Aparicio was charged with driving while intoxicated.
