Freehold and Lakewood Men Arrested by Borough Detective
A Lakewood man and a Freehold man were arrested on multiple charges involving a controlled substance that police believe to be cocaine.
A Freehold resident and Lakewood man were arrested and charged on five counts total involving a dangerous controlled substance that police believe to be cocaine.
Daishon Smith, 21, of Lakewood, was arrested by for allegedly possessing a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public park.
Damar Eivins, 20, of Harding Road, was also arrested on two charges. According to the complaint warrant, Eivins was charged with conspiring to distribute a dangerous substance, believed to be cocaine, within 500 feet of a public park, and knowingly conspiring to distribute the dangerous substance to another subject within 500 feet of a public park.

The complaint warrant also states, arrested Smith and Eivins on Friday, Jan. 27.
Both Smith and Eivins have been remanded to the , Smith on $110,000 bail, while Eivins on $60,000.
