Miguel Garcia III, 29, of Plainsborough, allegedly had sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old victim. According to the complaint warrant, this incident occurred while Garcia was in a supervisory role of the child.
Garcia is facing two charges. The first is aggravated sexual assault, a first-degree crime, and the second is endangering the welfare of a child, a second-degree crime.

Penalties for a conviction of aggravated sexual assault are up to 20 years in prison and a lifetime registration on the New Jersey Sex Offender Registry, under Megan’s Law.
Garcia’s bail is set at $300,000. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 1 at 1:00 p.m.
