Manalapan Police Issue Silver Alert
Michael Prevete was last seen leaving for Home Depot in Marlboro.
At approximately 10:15 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 9 Michael Prevete of Manalapan Township left his home on Whitman Blvd. and headed towards Home Depot on Rt. 9 in Marlboro and has not been seen since, according to Manalapan Townhsip Police Captain Chris Marsala.
Prevete, 69, suffers from emphysema and dementia and was last seen wearing a brown shirt, blue jeans, white socks, and black Croc shoes, Marsala said. Prevete is described as 5'9", 200 lbs., with brown-gray hair and brown eyes, according to the Silver Alert description issued by the Manalapan Police Department.
Prevete was driving a Black Mercury Mariner SUV with a New Jersey license plate indicating YPB-22G, according to Marsala. The Silver Alert release also indicates that there are eight stickers on the rear window of Prevete's car and a handicap sticker on his rearview mirror.
