New Acting Warden Named to MCCI

Monmouth County Sheriff's Office appointed Barry Nadrowski to Acting Warden of the Monmouth County Correctional Institution (MCCI).

The Monmouth County Corrections Institution (MCCI) has welcomed a new Warden to the facility.

Barry Nadrowski has been named the Acting Warden of MCCI following the retirement of Brian Elwood. Elwood, who worked in corrections for 25 years, held the position since 2011. According to a press release, Nadrowski began working at MCCI in 1992 and rose his way through the ranks over the years.

“It’s my honor and privilege to take on the role of Acting Warden at this outstanding institution,” said Nadrowski, in a press release. “I look forward to the challenges, and, will be dedicated to continue to operate a safe and secure facility for the inmates and correctional staff.”
