NY Man Indicted On Freehold Theft By Deception Charge

The man was indicted after he allegedly obtaining over $1,500 from a Freehold Township resident.

A Monmouth County grand jury voted to indict a New York man following two Freehold incidents.

Luigi Dellamonica, 32, of Baldwin NY, faces a theft by deception charge after he allegedly obtained over $500 from a Freehold Township resident through deception.

Dellamonica also faces a bad checks charge. The indictment explains that Dellamonica issued or passed a bad check for over $1,000 dollars knowing that it would not be honored.

According to the indictment, both incidents took place in Freehold Township.  The theft by deception allegedly occurred on March 15. The indictment states that the bad checks charge came from a June 14 incident.
