Police: Howell Man Sexually Assaulted 12-Year-Old

A Howell man is accused of plying a 12-year-old with alcohol and sexually assaulting the child in Freehold Borough.
Kyle A. Riker, 25, has been charged with sexual assault, child abuse, and providing alcohol to a minor, according to an arrest warrant issued by the Freehold Borough Police Department.
On Thursday, June 28, Riker allegedly provided the 12-year-old with Four Loko, an alcoholic beverage, before having sexual intercourse with the child, according to police reports.

Patrolman Samuel Hernandez arrested Riker that day. Riker is being held in on $350,000 bond. His first court appearance is slated for Tuesday, July 3.
