Police: Noise Complaint Led to Drug Arrest
Tomas Velasco-Juarez was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance believed to be cocaine.
Freehold Borough police called to investigate a noise complaint on Spring Terrace arrested a borough man on a drug possession charge.
Ptl. Eduardo Santana responded to Spring Terrace at midnight on Wednesday, Sept. 21 after a resident called to complain of loud individuals drinking in public, according to Lt. Mark Wodell. During the course of the investigation, Santana arrested Tomas Velasco-Juarez, 28, on charges of possession of a controlled dangerous substance believed to be cocaine and consumption of an alcoholic beverage in public, Wodell said.
Velasco-Juarez was processed and released.
