Residents Indicted On Cocaine Possession
Two residents each face one count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance after they allegedly possessed cocaine.
A Monmouth County grand jury indicted two Freehold residents after they were allegedly found in possession of cocaine.
Yolanda Wright-Sinclair, 39, of Jackson Street, was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance. According to the indictment, on April 9, Sinclair was allegedly found in possession of cocaine while in Neptune Township.
Jonathan Diaz, 30, of Brooklyn Court, also faces one count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Diaz was allegedly found in possession of cocaine while in Freehold Borough on Jan. 20.

Both Sinclair and Diaz were indicted on Tuesday, Sept. 4. Each possession of a controlled dangerous substance charge is considered a third-degree crime.
