Three Freehold Residents Indicted on Robbery Charge

Three Asbury Park men were also indicted along with the Freehold residents.

A Monmouth County grand jury voted to indict three Freehold residents and three Asbury Park residents of robbery following an Oct. incident.

Edward O’Neal, 26, Freehold, Wesley A. Kelly, 33, Freehold, Kharri M. Pringle, 24, Freehold, Tykeem A. Jones, 23, Asbury Park, Mario D. Shader, 27, Asbury Park, and Gregory Hopson Jr., 24, of Asbury Park were indicted on Wednesday, Oct. 10.

According to the indictment, the six men robbed someone in Asbury Park on Oct. 2. While robbing the victim, the men allegedly used force and made the victim fear immediate injury.

The indictment did not state what was taken from the victim during the alleged robbery.
