Willingboro Man Accused of Shoplifting $3K Bracelet

Arnardo Rivera was arrested for shoplifting a gold bracelet from a Freehold store.

A Willingboro man is accused of shoplifting a gold bracelet from a Freehold store with a retail value of $3,200. 

On Dec. 21, Arnardo Rivera, 35, was arrested and charged with one count of shoplifting with the intent of depriving the merchant of the full retail value.

According to the complaint warrant, Joseph Winowski was the arresting officer.

Rivera, who has a prior criminal history and history of failure to appear in court, according to the warrant, has been remanded to the on $20,000 bail.
